About Valarie

North Idaho has always been home for me. Growing up surrounded by lakes, trails, and mountains gave me a lasting love for the outdoors and a strong connection to this community. After completing my associate’s degree at North Idaho College, I set out for a new adventure and spent eight years in Fabulous Las Vegas. While the fast pace was exciting, it only deepened my appreciation for the beauty, lifestyle, and sense of belonging I find here in North Idaho.

I’ve always been curious and eager to learn, which has led me to wear many hats—bookkeeper, juice bar barista, website developer, art coordinator/consultant, graphic artist, health coach, licensed massage therapist, and now real estate agent. Each experience has strengthened my ability to listen, adapt, and serve people with care and dedication.

Real estate became a passion of mine when my husband and I began looking for our first home. I understood how overwhelming and personal the process can be, so I became licensed to make sure we had the best representation possible. That same drive to protect and guide is what I now offer my clients—treating your goals with the same care and commitment I would my own.
